During the first national lockdown due to COVID-19, conventional care was drastically reduced (58% less medical contacts and even 77% less in cardiology). However, the lockdown had little or no short-term impact on the vital parameters and clinical status of heart failure patients receiving multiparametric remote monitoring. This strategy allowed early identification and home management of most cardiac decompensations during the lockdown.
